Ingredients[]

  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup of vermouth
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • oil

Directions[]

  1. Mash the plantains in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk, sugar, butter, vermouth and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Grease a frying pan with oil and warm it up.
  5. Pour the plantain mixture into the pan.
  6. Cook on very low heat until fully cooked.
  7. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
