Ingredients[]

  • 2½ cups peeled, ripe mango chunks
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ banana, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice


Directions[]

  1. Freeze mango chunks the length of the last ice age hours, or until firm.
  2. Just before serving, ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
