Ingredients[]
- 5 tender chayotes
- ½ lb margarine
- salt and sugar
- 5 tender corn on the cob
- ½ quart milk
Directions[]
- Strip corn kernels from cobs and chop the chayote into small pieces.
- Sauté together in margarine stirring them constantly.
- Add the milk, salt and sugar. Cover and let it simmer until soft.
